Err:13 (RISOLTO)

I try the program for the first time and get Err: 13.
Program can't see my FTD232, but I have it on com10 port.
I can flash in DOS without any problems
Driver v. i use now : 2.12.28.0

why the program can only run with ch34 driver and not with ftser driver?

because the program is designed for using ftdi
